New Sunday Morning Series

This brief letter written by the rugged fisherman turned apostle sets forth God's transforming grace?that is able to overcome all adversity. Amidst growing hostility and persecution, Peter extols God's grace as ALL Sufficient for believers to face difficulty and glorify the God who became flesh, suffered and died for them. Believers now share in those same sufferings by which they glorify God and demonstrate the sufficiency of grace as the means to overcome!

Free For the Taking: The Triumph of Grace in the Gospel
A Study of Paul's Letter to the Galatians

Every Christian knows that the Christian life can only be lived successfully by the grace of God. Yet while every believer talks about the need for grace few really understand what that means. That is why a study of the New Testament book of Galatians is so important. What the Magna Carta was to English freedom the book of Galatians is to the Christian. In six short chapters it contains the clearest explanation of how the Gospel of the grace of God sets men and women free to live lives that glorify God. Any serious study of this short letter from Paul will challenge a person to seriously confront their legalistic tendencies. Join us for this important series as Neil unpacks this powerful letter opening up fountain of grace for flawed men and women who long to truly follow Jesus.

A WORD FROM OUR PASTORS

Preferences versus Convictions: Understanding the Difference
Because unity in the Body of Christ is of utmost importance, we must be careful not to confuse preferences and convictions. A preference is "a personal desire for something; a wish or desire for something we would prefer over something else." A conviction (from a Christian perspective) though, is something that is deeply rooted in biblical principle and therefore non-negotiable.
