Ministry to the World
The Trinity Chapel Ministry to the World Team seeks to be on the frontline of carrying the Good News of Jesus Christ to our community, our region and to many parts of the world. We train, send and support missionaries and short-term missions teams to parts of our city and to countries on five continents.
As part of our core beliefs, we:
- believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit empowers us to be Jesus' witnesses locally, regionally, nationally and internationally (Acts 1:8, Matthew 28:18-20)
- look forward to seeing the kingdom of God encompass every tribe, every tongue, and every nation. (Revelation 5:1-10)
- will send (Romans 10:13-15)
- will go (Isaiah 6:8)
- will do the work of an evangelist (2 Timothy 4:2-5)

Local Outreaches
Community Outreach Team
We are mobilizing a team whose specific focus is assessing the needs in our community and helping to meet those needs in order to win people to Christ.
Local Evangelism Efforts
Periodic community projects to spread the gospel in Knoxville.
Homeless Outreach – monthly concentrated outreaches to the homeless in the Knoxville area.
Television – Weekly broadcast of videos from Steve Fatow Crusade Ministry
Hallelujah Hoedown - Annual Halloween alternative offered free of charge to the to the community.
Procession of Healing – Annual procession holding out hope for victims of abortion.
Regional/National Outreaches
Regional Prison Ministry
Weekly ministry in various local prisons.
National Prison Ministry Teams
Opportunities for teams from our body to join with Bill Glass Prison Ministry - one of the largest prison ministries in the world - to invade prisons all over the country with the gospel.
International Outreaches
Steve Fatow Crusade Ministry –
Trinity Chapel sponsors major international evangelistic and healing crusades in conjunction with Evangelization of Earth, a non-profit organization headed by Steve Fatow. Each year we sponsor 8-10 large evangelistic crusades as well as pastor’s conferences and local outreach along side local churches. We have made a major impact in dozens of countries throughout Latin America and other parts of the world. You can be involved by praying with the Crusade Prayer Team, by giving financially or by going yourself.
Short-term Mission Trips
We send a team of dozens of people on a short-term mission trip every Summer in conjunction with a Steve Fatow Crusade.
Missions Sending Team
We have formed a support team to help meet the many-faceted needs of the missionaries whom we support. Financial, practical, transportation and lodging, communication and administration help are all areas you can assist with.
